The building comprises of eight Victorian houses, ideally situated in the heart of London. LTB Classification is 1-4 Keys, Highly Recommended. Whilst the exterior retains its period architecture, the interior has been completely modernised with every convenience.
The apartments on a daily hotel-letting basis, offer freedom, flexibility and more importantly, more space at an economical price than hotels, with hotel services included.
The services include from 'Studios' through to '3 Bedroom apartments'. For those who
may have allergies, we have apartments without carpeting.

Our reputation for quality is based on the many hotel services that we have incorporated in the apartment accommodation. This is the best demonstrated by daily servicing, fresh linen changing, and 24-hours reception/ security facility. A Breakfast service is available.
The Reception staff is at your service to assist you with arranging laundering/dry cleaning, theatre bookings, rental cars and taxies.
In addition to a conference room, there's a business executive suit adjoining the apartments. Board meetings, Training courses and Receptions can be catered for. Business services including facsimile, telex, photocopying and processing are available upon request.
The Royal Court Leisure Centre is available to all our guests or can be hired privately. There are two traditional Sauna rooms and a Spa bath. Adjacent to the Leisure Centre, you will find the fitness suit equipped with exercise equipment.
As the business and leisure facilities are part of one complex, we are able to offer clients the opportunity to conduct their business in private and in informal surroundings.
The place is well connected by the Heathrow Express that runs from Heathrow Airport to Paddington tube station every 15 minutes - and takes only 15 minutes to reach the station from the Airport.
